Is ALUCOSIGN a drop-in replacement for DIBOND?
For standard signage work — yes. Sheet formats, thicknesses and skins match common DIBOND signage grades, and fabrication behaviour (routing, v-grooving, folding, UV printing) is equivalent. Send us your current spec and we'll confirm the exact match.
How do I compare quality before switching?
Ask for a free sample sheet and run it through your own CNC and printer. Our coating is tested to ASTM standards for adhesion, gloss, hardness and flexibility — the technical data sheet has the full numbers.
What about large or repeat orders?
That's where the difference is biggest: local manufacturing means shorter lead times on repeat runs, batch-to-batch colour consistency, and cut-to-size supply for rollouts.
