Shipping & Return Policy
This Shipping & Return Policy explains how ALUCOSIGN handles delivery, inspection, claims, and returns. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing an order.
1. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping options, costs, and estimated timelines will be provided at quotation or checkout (where applicable). Delivery dates are estimates unless confirmed in writing.
- Shipping availability may vary by product type, dimensions, quantity, and destination.
- Large-format panels may require specialized handling and transport conditions.
- We reserve the right to use approved carriers or logistics partners for safe delivery.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed after confirmation and subject to product availability and payment terms. Processing timelines may vary for stocked items, special orders, and project quantities.
- Stock availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed.
- Special finishes or project orders may require additional lead time.
3. Tracking & Updates
Where tracking is available, we will share shipment details once dispatch is confirmed. For project deliveries, updates may be provided through your sales representative or operations team.
4. Transfer of Risk
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss or damage may transfer upon delivery to the shipping address or upon collection from our facility (as applicable). Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery.
5. Inspection on Receipt
You must inspect all goods immediately upon receipt. If packaging is visibly damaged, please note it on the delivery documents (or electronic proof of delivery) and take clear photos before opening, where possible.
- Report visible damage, shortage, or incorrect items within [X] business days.
- Keep original packaging until the matter is resolved.
- Provide supporting evidence (photos, delivery note, invoice number, batch details).
6. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only with prior written approval (Return Authorization). Eligible returns must meet the conditions below:
- Items are unused, uncut, and in original condition.
- Items are returned in original packaging with protective materials intact.
- Return request is made within [X] days of delivery/collection.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order reference) is provided.
7. Return Process
To request a return, contact us with your order details and reason for return. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping or collection.
- Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (see Section 8).
- We recommend insured shipping for returns.
8. Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged goods or incorrect items, contact us within [X] business days with supporting photos and shipment details. Once verified, we will advise the next steps, which may include replacement, credit, or other resolution.
9. Refunds & Credits
Approved refunds or credits (if applicable) are issued after inspection of returned goods. Depending on the return reason and condition, we may apply restocking, handling, or repackaging charges where permitted by law.
- Refunds may be processed to the original payment method or as a credit note (as applicable).
- Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or the error is ours.
10. Exclusions
